Banana Blueberry Bread #2 only 70 cals, 15 carbs per slice. I finally perfected the recipe without butter or oil! It’s moist, delicious, and healthy! (Taken with Instagram)
1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour (I used King Arthur Flour)
1 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/8 Teaspoon of Salt
1 teaspoon of Ground Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
2 Egg Whites Beaten (for vegan bread substitute eggs with soy milk or water. Not sure how much though >.< )
2 RIPE Banana’s Mashed
1/4 Cup of Blueberries (or more if you would like!)
3/4 cup of Splenda
1/2 cup of No Sugar Added Apple Sauce
Walnuts are optional. I did not put any in my bread.
Preheat Oven 300 Degrees Fahrenheit
Mix together dry ingredients (Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Salt, Splenda)
Add Blueberries to dry mix. ( I mash mine up first)
Add Egg Whites. 
Mix.
Add Banana’s last so they don’t break down so much.
Bake for 30-40 minutes depending on your oven. Dont forget to poke the bread with a toothpick when the toothpick comes out clean your bread is done! Let Cool and Enjoy!
